Nigerian pastor Ayo Oritsejafor asks members to pay N1.8m for a mantle, pilot calls him out

A Nigerian man has called out Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor on social media
- The man shared a video of the pastor asking members to pay $5000 (N1.8m) for mantle
- He noted that pastors have made God into a God that always needs money
Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor has come under fire after he was filmed allegedly asking his members to pay $5000 for mantle. The pastor was called out on social media by a Nigerian pilot who criticised his guidance.
The pastor was the former president of the Christian Association of Nigeria and senior pastor of the Word of Life Bible Church in Warri, Delta state.
In the video, the pastor was heard telling the members at a church in the United States, Morris Cerullo, to pay $5000 (N1.8m) for mantle. He had also told the congregation that they would not miss God if they do so.

Ogun State Police arrests four church robbers

  The Nigeria Police Force, Ogun Command has arrested four suspected armed robbers who specialised in robbing churches and other places of worship around Awa ijebu and its environment. The suspects which includes Akinniyi Moses (A.k.a conjour), 43yrs, Ogunfowoke Kayode, 23yrs, Michael Idogun (headboy), 35yrs, and Izunna Odah, 29 years were arrested following series of complaints from different churches they have attacked at different times.
